Salud Zamudio
This is a song by Kelly and David from their album, \”Kelly and David as the Twilight Auguries.\” It was written in tribute to Salud Zamudio, a farmworker in Central California who died while working during an intense heatwave. It was inspired by an article in the LA Times about him and the conditions faced by migrant workers. It also features a guest appearance by Otoño Lujan from Los Pochos on accordion.
